Main ingredients

1. The volatile components of Schisandra chine contain α-pinene (2-pinene), β-pinene (β-pinene), myrcene (myrcene), limonene (limonene), α-lerpinene, r-terpinene, and thymolm ethylether, linalool, etc.

2. Lignans About 200 components have been isolated from Schisandra plants at home and abroad, of which more than 150 are lignans. Schisandrin contains Schisandrol, schisandrin is Schizandrin, Aomisin A, schisandrin is Aeoxyschizandrin, and schisandrin is R-schizandrin (r-Schizand) rin), schizandrin (Pseudo-r-Schizandrin), namely Aomisin N, Schisanhenol, SchisantherinA, schizandrin B, etc. Schisandra chinensis mainly contains schisandra chinensis A, schisandra chinensis B and schisandra chinensis, while a few regional varieties contain a small amount of schisandra chinensis A and schisandra chinensis B. There are also deoxyschizandrin, neoschisan-drin, schizandrol, gomisin B-J, K1-3, L1-2, M1-2, N, O, R, angelicyl Gomisin H, O, P, Q, Cisgenicomisin et al.

3. Organic acids such as citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and protocatechuic acid. Kadsuralongepedunculata root contains Kadsuractonolactone acid, metaphenolactone, (+) -entapenolide, dihydroguaculadian, D-epigabasine and β-sitosterol. Intermediate fructus schisandrae (SchisandrapropinquavarIntermedia) stem contains fructus schisandrae element (preschisanthrin, I), before pregomisin, fructus schisandrae phenol (schisanhenol). Among them, Ⅰ was a new compound. Chemical components of Schisandrasp (species name to be determined) from Lichun, Hubei Province: epo-pentanolic acid, 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl octadecanoate, Schisandphenol, Schizandronicacid, iso-Schizandrolicacid and β-sitosterol.

Process flow

The pulp of schisandrum chinensis was removed and crushed into coarse powder, which was extracted by reflux with ethanol. The extraction solution was combined, and ethanol was recovered under pressure until it was complete, about 10 baumu, and the same amount of dispersant was added, stirred and dried under vacuum.
