The female flower sequence of Humulus lupulus L. was extracted from the plant.

Main ingredients

It mainly contains resin, volatile oil, flavonoids, tannins and so on. Its active components are contained in soft resins, including Lupulone, Humulone, Isohumulone and Isovaleric acid. Volatile oil contains about 0.5%, which contains 10 components, mainly Myrcene, accounting for 30%-50%, followed by humulene. Flavonoids include Astragalin, Isoquercitrin, Rutin, Kaempferitrin and so on.

Process flow

Plant raw materials → cleaning → drying → (sun-dried, dedried, sun-dried) → powder → feeding → water extraction (alcohol extraction, other solvents extraction) → fine filtration of three times extract → decompression concentration (atmospheric pressure concentration) → reconcentration → flow extract → spray drying → grinding → Mixing → screening → testing → packaging
